Can I check out the site before I give you my information?
You are more than welcome to browse through our homepage filled with very helpful information for all Poker players. We recommend starting with "Rules" and go to “Tips and Tricks”. Are you ready to have fun? Just click on "PLAY NOW" in the top left corner of our homepage and let the games begin!
Do I really have a fair chance in all games?
Gaming at AnoPoker is aligned by pure chance and is shared by our Quantis Quantum generator.
Is the access to my account protected sufficiently?
All accounts are protected by a password and data transfers only proceed on secure channels.
Will I be monitored while playing?
Yes. Our Floorman Team monitors the games at our tables.
Will my personal data or email-address be referred to anybody?
No. The data supplied by our players is only used by our team and won’t be referred or forwarded to anybody else.
How can I review a played hand?
During the hand you'll have the chance to view our graphical hand history, or after finishing, you can request a hand history by email. You can also locate your full hand history which is stored on your own computer by going to Start > My Computer > C: > Program files > AnoPoker > Hand history.
I want to talk to someone. How can I do this?
When you are at a table, you'll see a space on the bottom left side where it says "Enter Text Here".
Enter your message and press ENTER (on your keyboard) to publish your text.
Can I have more than one account?
No. We allow only one account per player.
Do you have a pro that can give me lessons?
We have a useful section called Tips and Tricks under the heading "Rules" along with several other topics, which contains very valuable information. The Play Money games are the perfect venue to learn by doing without any risk.
What are my options to contact someone at AnoPoker?
AnoPoker offers email support 24hours/day, 7 days/week. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Feel free to send us any questions or comments. Please have a look at our Support and select a topic.
I am not satisfied with the response I got. Who can I contact that has more authority?
In this case, please contact the AnoPoker Support Team and let them know that you are not satisfied with the response you have received. Your inquiry will then be forwarded to a Floorman who will send you a reply.
I think I was in a game wherein two or more players were engaging in collusion. How can I report suspected cheaters?
You should report cheaters or suspected cheaters to our Support Team, and they will forward your inquiry to our Floor manager team. The Floor manager will analyze the specific instance reported by you, decide how to deal with it and then take the necessary steps. Please include game time, game type (tournament or cash game) and the nicknames of the players involved.
