If I forget my password, what should I do?

Please go to the Forgot Password page and follow the instructions there.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password by logging in and going to "My Account”/Details/Profile”. Type in your current password, your new password, and re-type it. Then click on “Update”.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, but only when absolutely necessary. Please contact support@AnoPoker.com. Please note, we only allow one account per player.

How do I change my address or email address?

You can change your email address by logging in and going to "My Account” > ”Profile”. Type in your current password, your new email address, then click on “Update”. (Please note that, after you have changed your email address, this new email address must be validated. You will receive a new validation link per email.)

In case your postal address data has changed, please send an email to us along with a valid proof of residence (e.g. telephone / utility bill not older than 2 months) support@AnoPoker.com and we will update your data.

AnoPoker keeps telling me I can't log in, but I know my information is correct. What do I do?

When you enter your password, be sure to use the correct UPPER or lower case letters. There is a difference between “POKER”, “Poker” and “poker” – these are considered to be 3 different passwords.

So, please enter your password the way you signed up in the first application.

How do I upgrade my account to a Real Money account?

Please go to www.AnoPoker.com and log on by typing in your username and password. Afterwards, go to "My Account" and select "Upgrade Account." After filling out this short form, your player status will be upgraded from Play Money to Real Money
