How can I make a deposit?

To make a deposit, please log into your gaming account with your user details at our website and click on My Account > Cashier . (please note if using credit card and/or Neteller account, both will need to be registered first by going to My Account > Cashier > Register Credit Card

To initiate a deposit please go to My Account > Cashier > Make A Deposit

After entering the desired amount, please choose one of the available payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is $20.

Can I make a deposit in a currency other than Dollars?

Not currently.

Can I make a deposit using my credit card?

You can use Visa and MasterCard to make a deposit at AnoPoker. Please note, however, that credit card companies in the U.S. usually do not allow payments to gambling sites.

How much can I deposit?

Which method of payment do you recommend, considering security, cost, speed and reliability?

I want to make a deposit by bank wire transfer - how can I do this, and when will the funds appear in my AnoPoker player account?

After you have logged into your Real Money account, go to My Account > Cashier > Make A Deposit . After entering the amount, select the "Wire Transfer" option, then proceed with your transaction. You will receive a confirmation in your email box with our bank details which you should provide to your issuing bank when initiating the corresponding transaction. Kindly note that your cashin request will remain pending until the funds have arrived in our bank account. This may take 5-15 working days depending on various bank procedures.

Kindly note that wire instructions should be carried out in USD only and in no other currency.

Why has my credit card been rejected?

Either you have exceeded the prescribed limits at AnoPoker or it has been rejected by your bank. Please be aware that some financial institutions do not allow deposits to gambling sites.

How do I use a paysafecard?

The paysafecard can be bought online in various denominations, each card having its own unique PIN which can be used together with that card's number to, for example, make a deposit into your AnoPoker Player Account. Please go to www.paysafecard.com for more information on this excellent payment option.

How do I request a cashout?

You can request your cashouts via one of the available payment methods by going to the main lobby and clicking on "My Account" in the top left corner.
You can also log onto the website at www.AnoPoker.com and click on "My Account".

Go to “Cashier” then click on “Cash Out”. Now you can choose the amount you wish to withdraw and how it should be processed.

How long will it take for me to get my money?

First of all, be sure that we have all of the necessary documents (see above) we require to process your cashout reuest. Our processing time for cash outs is up to 48 hours.

Then, depending on the cashout method you chose, you can expect:
An additional 5-10 working days for a wire transfer
Neteller, Moneybookers and Ecocard funds will appear immediately.

Is there a cashout limit?

Yes, the limits you are able to cash out depend on you Player status. For more details on how to upgrade your status please log in and visit My Account > Verification.

How can I cancel a cashout request?

To cancel a cash out request, please log in to your gaming account and go to My Account > Cashier > Cash Out . Cancel the request by clicking on the trash can icon.

U.S.-based Players may cash out using bank wire and PIC-Club.

Can I transfer money from my account to another player? How do I do that?

Yes, you can. This feature is called Interaccount Transfer - IAT. Just sign in to your gaming account and go to My Account > Cashier > Transfer to Player . Simply enter the transfer amount make sure you have chosen the option "player" and the nickname of the recipient, then click the "Transfer" button to complete the transaction. Limits are according to both players' Player Rating.

Kindly note that this feature can be used to transfer funds to your Affiliate.

How do I get a better player ranking?

In order to get an upgrade to your player ranking, certain verification documents will be required. For more details please go to My Account > Verification.

How can I send you my documents?

You can either send documents to us via email by contacting our support team, or you can fax it to the following number: +356 237 11624 (from U.S. and Canada, please, dial "011 356 237 11624").

You can also upload your documents using our Upload function by first logging in to your gaming account and going to My Account > Details > Player Documents . At the bottom is the Upload entry field. "Browse" for or enter the path of the file(s) you want to upload, then press the "Upload" button. The document(s) will automatically be saved to your player account document file in the AnoPoker database.
